creation of every mattress core—from the initial compound mix through to
its final curing. We are the only latex manufacturer to test
EVERY mattress in nine locations—verifying consistency of
firmness across the entire sleep surface—a critical difference that
results in return rates of less than 1%, the lowest in
the industry. This exclusive process creates a consistent latex cell
structure and an exceptionally durable finished product that will
deliver superior support and comfort for years to come.

Our factory is the only one of its kind in the U.S.A and uses our

process, a six-step eco-friendly production method that transforms
